KF Constrution and Excavaing has been building systems built homes since 2000.
Our systems built home supplier is Ritz-Craft, of Jonesville, MI. Ritzcraft offers hundreds of floor plans custimizable to your needs. Ritz-Craft builds high quality homes in a weather tight enviroment.
Ritz-craft homes are delivered to your home site. KF Construction and Excavating finishes your home per your design plan.
If you are short on time, a Ritz-Craft home is a great way to shorten your build time.

Site Built Homes
We have built hundreds of quality site built homes on our developed lots as well as client owned lots. We have a wide variety of floorplans to choose from. You will find ranch plans and two story plans that range from 1300 sqare feet to 2000 square feet. If you don’t find a plan, you can bring your own or allow us to customize a plan to meet your needs.
We have design services available to allow for easy customization of your dream home.
We will turn key your home or, if you like to be hands on, work with you on components of the home to allow you to put your personal touch on your home.
